We See Patients as Early as Their First Tooth 

We strongly encourage parents to bring their child as soon as their first tooth appears or around their first birthday. This can prevent cavities on those first teeth and also help them become comfortable/familiar with the dental environment. We strive to create a fun and friendly environment for each patient and also offer nitrous sedation for extra comfort. 

What to Expect for the First Visit

Your child's first impression and comfort are very important to us. Our friendly staff will take x-rays and clean your child's teeth if age appropriate. Once they are familiar and comfortable with our staff, one of our three doctors will perform an exam. Depending on the child's age and comfort level, the doctor can perform the exam while your child is in your lap or in the chair. We also provide education for parents on pacifier use, bottle-to-sippy cup transition, brushing, flossing, and oral development. After your child's visit, we'll reward them for their courage with a small prize.
